The sinking boat

1. As I ran through the questions, I have the feeling of measuring who are the people that really matters to me. But for real, if it happened, I would do the best I can to save everyone coz I believe God will never leave us especially during hard times. So I’ll answer it in a different manner. My characters would be mainly the important people of our society. The President, Doctor, Lawyer, fireman, Police man, Farmer, Army, Teacher, Athlete, Student, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, an infant, Engineer, priest, Mailman, A shoe shiner, A celebrity. I would not be explaining why coz it would be more difficult coz I would not do it naman for real.
2. 1. Imagine that the world is again flooded, like in the days of Noah. If you only have one boat which can accommodate 20 people, who would you save? The President, Doctor, Lawyer, fireman, Police man, Farmer, Army, Teacher, Athlete, Student, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, an infant, Engineer, priest, Mailman, A shoe shiner, A celebrity.
3. 2.What if, after setting sail, you found out that you calculated wrong: The boat can only accommodate 15 people: Who are the 5 people you would throw overboard?
4. The first five to be politely asked to swam and try to save themselves are the Athlete, Army, Lawyer, Police man, Fireman.
5. 3.Your boat got hit by a storm and was damaged. To survive, you have to throw another 10 people out. Who would they be?
6. The second ten to be politely asked to swam and try to save themselves are the Farmer, Brother, Sister, President, Teacher, Priest, student, Engineer, Mail man, Shoe shiner
7. 4.After the storm, your boat hit a large rock and was shattered to pieces. Now, you only have a plank to hold on to. The plank may float if only two people ride it. Who will you save?
8. The infant and the Mother are the people whom will I save.

My Mix and Matches of media

Media has played very important role in delivering and spreading news, entertainment and even connection from different corners of the world. I must say I can t go a day without using, listening, or watching coz it helped me in many ways that I know. The internet is an all in one entertainement for me. I can research and learn new information out of it with just one click away. I can download MP3’s, and download movies as well. I can watch funny slides in youtube and even informative tutorials from it. I use it everyday 5- 6 hours if im doing nothing and I can even go further if I have a game that I really love to play. *(Plants Vs. Zombies) I love facebooking, google is my home page. Y8.com for games. GMAIL and yahoo for email and chat.The television is also my favorite outlet of entertainment I love Eat bulaga, 24 oras and the showbiz Chikkas.My family and I mostly watch GMA shows . I watch ETC channel Gossip girl, How I met your mother, One tree Hill, Glee, Tyra, Inside Edition, Americas next top model the fashion show, everything in between. I listen to radios news and to papa jack of love radio sometimes.

Foreseeing my future / Time travel / This year I will

Despite everything else, I need to focus on my priorities and expectations for me and my family in the near future. Im not getting any younger anymore, so its good to plan, pray and work hard for it. Three years from now I wish that I am already married and I will be pregnant.  (im so praying for this)Well I wish to have 3 children or more. I also see myself married to my man Raymond and living a simple life with him. I see myself starting up a new business for wellness coz I realized I wanted to have a SPA of my own. 3 years from now, my family will be having a vacation in Bohol and I’ll be the one to treat everybody.

Hmmm what else, oh! I foresee to pay in full payment for the unit I just recently purchased and to have a School branch out and being successful with it. Wow! Its so free to dream and I love dreaming, which leads me to think how would I look like 5 years from now. Hmmmm since I wish to have a family already I would picture myself having 1 baby and pregnant on the second baby. My family and I is on the park, and we are having picnic. I finally got to have the laptop I dreamed of and Raymond has his boom box. Well be driving our own car and it just looks so stunning.

This year I am so excited to see myself loose weight so I can gain back the confidence I had before. Yeah and its really a commitment and discipline for me coz I gained a lot of weight, that somehow made my self esteem low and its good to be healthy. I am looking forward to find a tenant to rent on my unit so the income I recently invested on will earn me money to put in my bank again, coz the last time I checked my bank it made me feel im the poorest person on earth.  This year, im expecting for a good business year for our School, good health for my employees , my family , myself and a good healthy relationship with the parents, teachers and loved ones.

Chatting with Family and friends/ My Everyday life (TNS blogging)

It’s a good thing I also give time for myself to enjoy once in a while. Since my family and I are the board members and I still live with them. So of course we talk about the business as well. I still consider my self as a trainee coz I still have to learn many things from them. We catch up too on what’s happening with our lives and we argue as well and compromise and kiss and make up. Most of the time we foresee things of the business’ future, our family’s future like they’re all pushing me to marry and have kids already.  Nyay! I just smile and tell them “it will come”.

My friends are more of a chillax experience for me. Well, most of my real friends are from my High school years and we laugh about just anything. Of course we hang out too, sing in KTV’s, jogg together while talking in Highway Street, go shopping and malling. We talk about everything on what’s going on with our lives, our problems, our future plans and many more. So Im happy I have them because they balance my imbalanced life.

I realized yesterday that my life is always a routine of duties that’s why maybe I think sometimes my life is boring. So you know what I did I wrote everything I did in a day, so I would know what and where in my day can I change to make it different and not boring.

1. I woke up in the morning and clean myself. I woke up late coz I slept late too.

2. I sometimes ate my breakfast, because most of the time its brunch already.

3. I went to my office and check my secretary for the things I need to do that day.

4. I opened my desktop and checked on my facebook and saw updates of my friends. I sometimes chat with friends too.

5. School activities between 10-11 AM.

6. At 1-5PM. School Activities I would not write down everything coz its too many too mention.

7. I went home at 6 – 6:30 and I opened my facebook at home , emails and played some games. I ate early and waited for my Yum Ray.

8. I do joggings at night too. With my cousins and Raymond and our two kikays(our maids) I call them that coz they’re so kikay.

9. I talk with my family and make kulit my pamagkins and cuddle and kiss them

10. I watch ETC Shows 12 Pm and I sleep at around 2 am.

There! Was it boring?!! Yeah I know you would say yes. But that’s what I do everyday except if I have meeting to attend to, or if I have errands to run to, If I have to meet up with someone, I leave the office if im really not needed. Oh and I sometimes escape and just go out malling if im too lazy.:)

I learn that starting your day with a smile is the best way to start a good and positive day at work. Coz im always like so grumpy and easily irritated even on small things. And I try to change that and it was good to smile in the office most of the time. Good feedback from parents and students improvement in school are one of the things that keeps me happy in for a day. Hearing words of motivation and appreciation from my mama specially when im emo, it keeps my heart smiling.

Teachers issues, Parent complaints and students unbelievable behavior make my heart sad. Sometimes Adult issues that are petty makes me think am I managing kinder students. Its not possible not to be affected because you will feel it in the work place and im the one who will talk to them. I am the shock absorber. But I need to resolve the problem so everybody can move forward. There are also times when I argue with my brother because he did not returned my tooth paste. My mom yelled at me because I replied back at her things like these but of course we all make peace with each other and afterwards we make fun of it na lang.So you see I so need a time to get away from the very stressful life I have.

*When Im with them (employees, parents, students) I would dress like this. Though we are close, they’d still get the impression of me as their boss of course its important that theres a certain limit of relationship. I would wear corporate but younger looking clothes and the colors would entice you to think that im a happy person so there will be no intimidation issues.

My Second Family My Faculty members during our Field trip

I get to meet people in different walks of life. Well for one my faculty members are quite years older than me and yeah thinking they are on a different age bracket adapting is the one thing I have to practice and learn the 1^st year I had to manage the school. Its hard at first but we all get a long and they respect, love and accepted me and vice versa. When Im with them we talk a lot about anything not only work related but most of it are about the children in school, their behavior, school plans and school activities. I have to look like Im the toughest person but still low profile so they can approach me of things they want to share even if not School related.

I get to meet different people. Students who are very intelligent, sweet, loving, extremely shy, problematic, hard headed etc. Parents who are very kind, thoughtful, intriguing, tactless, boastful and many more. Yes! I have to interact with this kind of people and I have to have a different approach when talking to them to.

When Im with my friends Id rather wear the comfy attire and even just wear slippers because we do things that is unplanned. I even went to gimik in a bar wearing my corporate attire haay from then on I promised to be flexible. Im not naman the brandy brand person I justwant my personality to come out when I wear clothes. I want it simple and comfortable.

My life story (TNS Blogging)

Crying they say is cleansing of the soul. Has it ever occurred to you that you cried because of an unexplainable matter? But just because its so heavy inside you want to pour it out. I t happened to me several times. My friends told me maybe because I am so serious with the problems in life. Who wouldn’t be? That’s’ what I do when I cannot take it anymore, I cry. Looking back, I can say I have learned many things from the ups and the downs of my life.

My mom told me many times of how she delivered me the day I was born. I was born with a club foot. If not of my parent’s patience and love of bringing me every week to the hospital for therapies, I never would walk normal. I survived and luckily I can walk, dance and hop with my feet. I was just an infant then, and it was heart breaking to know my parents were hurting and in pain of not knowing how are they going to survive the money needed for therapies and all. Im grateful for they are my parents and we have survived the trial in our life because of God’s love and faithfulness.
One of my happiest moment was when I graduated in College. It was a fulfillment for me and my parents. I remember how blissful the feeling was. Giving the diploma to my parents is a joy and one of my means of giving back everything to them. Coz I owe every bit of me to them. I know it was just a beginning of real challenges in life. And so, the next thing I know was to land a job so I can earn money and maybe help my family in little ways that I can. I was hired as a Technical Support Representative in Ventus, PLDT Garnet on 2006. Yes I am a fresh graduate then. The Account I got in was Sony. In a small period of time in my job I have achieved very good appraisals and compliments from the customers and my bosses. I achieved the Silver Awardee for the month of September 2007 for giving 100% First Call Resolution and Customer satisfaction. Yey! Im not boasting at all im just proud of the little things I have attained.

Now that I am administering our family business, it was a mixture of feeling of having such a big responsibility. Im fearful of making others expectations fail. I am no perfect but who is? Im positive in many ways and I think that is one of my good characteristics. Seeing that we help others and nurture children’s mind through Education is the best fulfillment one can have. It is true that Education industry can offer you small salary despite of the big effort made. But directing ones path to a brighter future is the greatest and most expensive gift we can gain back and be proud of.

This job is a stressful job. SO TRUE.  If I had a choice, I would not accept the position. You know my brother and I, are the only person who will be managing this. After all, because of our family business, my parents were able to send us and let us finish our courses. I am blessed and I was able to explore many things because I am where I am now.

My Party

Hi everyone. Its been a while since I have updated things here on my blog. Recently, Ive joined the TNS Young Adult blogging. So we have set 1 of blog topics to discuss and I hope that you may find it entertaining and maybe be inspired of it J happy readingJ

I am grinning and smilingly thinking over the forthcoming birthday of two important persons in my life, my best friend Janice and my Yum, Raymond. Janice and I have shared 13 years of friendship already and I am sure that we’ll still be counting many years together. She’ll be celebrating her 26^th birthday on June 10 and because of all the pressure at work and her very little amount of time for leisure I’m really convincing her to celebrate coz she deserves it. And shes planning to go to Ilocos Sur. YEHEY! My significant other Ray, will be turning 26 on June 21, and I can’t wait to surprise a party for him. I must admit 7 years of relationship is not easy but it’s all worth it.

It would be just a simple party, his friends will be there and of course some of my friends too as well. And I tell you what there would be a lot of laughing and eating and drinking too. I can’t wait. Oh! oh! lemme check my wallet first…hahahahahaha! I think my money left is just enough for 5 people. I know it’s not my birthday but knowing Ray, he’d rather not celebrate so he wont hurt others feelings of not inviting them. But heck! This is my blog so if I had to invite 5 people they will be Eric his best friend, his 2 brothers Ryan and Robert, his elementary classmate Marvin, and his buddy Rolf. Hahaha all of their names have R.

Eric should be at his party coz he is he’s best friend, Eric is one of Raymond’s trusted person and its been a while since they saw each other. I know Ryan and Kuya Robert are Ray’s brother, but I want them to share their time together just chillaxing and catching up like close brothers would do. Coz they have different schedules with both of their jobs and they hardly see each other at home. Marvin the rapper his Elementary classmate, is a comedian and artist all in one, so I bet Ray is wanting to bond with him too again. Rolf is his present classmate and I think its best for Ray to also introduce the present things he does at school to his family and friends.

Anyway, I am really looking forward for this party and I wish everybody is excited to come and enjoy with us.
